CSR/PAWNBROKER TRAINEE - 2/23/2016

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Responsible for Continuing education on product knowledge.
  • Building Customer Satisfaction & Loyalty.
  • Producing results for Customers and the Company.
  • Merchandising, Promoting and delivering Products and Services.
  • Ability to sell the features of a product.
  • Ability to flex your approach to each customer as the situation demands, to make the customer feel comfortable and accomplish the task at hand, sell them your product.
  • Energetic responsiveness to every customer, on the phone and in the store.
  • Following proper procedures: explaining how a pawn loan is transacted and what is expected from the customer, thanking them for their visit, and conveying our true appreciation for their business.
  • Ability to step up to duties as assigned.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • Demonstrated success in retail sales is a plus.

A pawn broker/manager is an individual who possesses the abilities to operate a pawn shop. To be a successful shop manager at Pawn King, you must possess an entrepreneurial style of leadership. You also must be a person who can organize and manage the team as well as the business with a considerable amount of initiative. You will be challenged daily to evaluate risk versus reward so this career is not for the faint hearted. Courage and resolution are required. Entrepreneurship can’t be taught. You either possess it or you don’t. We are looking for innovative people who seek to improve what already exists. We promote heavily from within our own ranks. Store manager trainees have significant opportunities to advance within our store management ranks due to our accelerated career path.   • Involvement in every aspect of the store operation.
  • Energetic responsiveness to every customer, on the phone and in the store.
  • Attention to each customer’s needs: determining the best response and solution to a variety of services and situations.
  • Following proper procedures: explaining how a pawn loan is transacted and what is expected from the customer, thanking them for their visit, and conveying our true appreciation for their business.
  • Ability to step up to duties as assigned.
