CSR/PAWNBROKER TRAINEE - 2/23/2016

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Responsible for Continuing education on product knowledge.
- Building Customer Satisfaction & Loyalty.
- Producing results for Customers and the Company.
- Merchandising, Promoting and delivering Products and Services.
- Ability to sell the features of a product.
- Ability to flex your approach to each customer as the situation demands, to make the customer feel comfortable and accomplish the task at hand, sell them your product.
- Energetic responsiveness to every customer, on the phone and in the store.
- Following proper procedures: explaining how a pawn loan is transacted and what is expected from the customer, thanking them for their visit, and conveying our true appreciation for their business.
- Ability to step up to duties as assigned.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

- Demonstrated success in retail sales is a plus.

You also must be a person who can organize and manage the team as well as the business with a considerable amount of initiative. - Following proper procedures: explaining how a pawn loan is transacted and what is expected from the customer, thanking them for their visit, and conveying our true appreciation for their business.
